术前心理护理对循环指标及应激激素影响的探讨

【摘要】 目的 探讨术前心理护理对收缩压、舒张压、脉搏、血糖、皮质醇的影响。结果 在实施心理护理后所有病人的收缩压、舒张压、脉搏、皮质醇均下降,血糖不变。对照组收缩压、舒张压、脉搏、血糖均不变、皮质醇下降。结论 血糖和皮质醇对病人的紧张状态不敏感,术前心理护理对缓解病人的紧张状态有益。更多还原

【Abstract】 This artical has reported the change of systotic blood pressure (SBP)diastotic bloodpressure(DBP)、pluse(P)、blood sugar(BS) and Cortisol after psychologic nursing before operation.The result suggests that SBP、DBP 、P、Cortisol of Patients all decline(P<0.01)after phychologicnursing.in contract group,BS doesn,t chang.SBP、DBP、P and BS have no chang(P>0.05).Cortisol deline(P<0.01).These resuls show that BS and cortisol aren,t sensitive in reaction to patients, stress state.Phychologic nursing before operation is useful in relaxing patients stress state.更多还原
