【摘要】 目的 探索手术+中鼻甲、中鼻道前端封闭(局部注射康宁克通A+50%葡萄糖混合液)治疗鼻息肉的方法和临床疗效。方法 选取110例鼻息肉患者,从中选取70例为治疗组,采用手术后+中鼻甲、中鼻道前端封闭,另外40例为对照组,采用单纯手术,对两组随访及临床分析。结果 治疗组的复发率明显低于对照组。结论 手术+中鼻甲、中鼻道前端封闭治疗鼻息肉效果好,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the method and the effect of operation adding blocking in middleturbinate and middle meatus with mixture of triamcinolone and 50% glucose for nasal polyp. Methods Theexperiment choose 110 patients ,among them ,we select 70 patients by random as the group of treatmentby operation adding blocking in middle turbnite and middl emeatus,the other 40 patients as the group ofcontrast by operation. Result The recurrence probability of the group of treatment is lower than thatof contrast.Conclusion The result demonstrates that it is good the efficiency of treatment byoperation adding blocking injection in middle turbnite and middle meatus with mxture of triamcinoloneand 50% glucose.更多还原
