【摘要】 目的:探讨小切口无缝线非超声乳化中一种安全浮核取核方法。方法:前瞻性随机将Ⅲ至Ⅴ级核白内障216眼分成2组:注水洗核法组(治疗组)128眼,常规取核法组(对照组)88眼。治疗组连续环形撕囊,水分离、水分层,用8号双管注吸针连接乳酸林格氏液,冲洗—抽吸核外皮质,边抽吸边轻轻旋转囊袋内的核,直至将核外皮质基本清洗—抽吸干净,使核直径小于前囊环形撕囊口袋直径,核自动浮离囊袋进入前房,注入少量粘弹剂入前房,扩大切口至5.5mm,将核整体圈出。对照组连续环形撕囊,水分离、水分层后,用粘弹剂将核旋入前房,将核整体或在前房内劈核后分块圈出,再冲洗—抽吸囊袋内皮质。结果:两组术后视力,术后眼部反应及并发症经统计学处理,差异均有意义,比较2组术后0.5a的视力和角膜散光情况无统计学意义。结论:小切口无缝线非超声乳化术中采用注水洗核法在圈核前将核外皮质清洗干净,使核尽量缩小,便于小核自动浮游并能整体圈出,术后反应轻,皮质清除干净,术后并发症少,是一种理想的浮核取核方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To explore a safe method of affusion for watering eyeball in sutureless small-incision non-phacoemulsification.· METHODS: A total of 202 patients (216 eyes) were randomly divided into two gr oups, Group 1 (128 eyes) underwent affusion for watering eyeball, and Group 2 (8 8 eyes) routine eyeball extraction.· RESULTS: Visual acuity, postoperatively local reaction and complications of t he two groups had statistically significant difference, while there was no signi ficance between them on visual acuity and astigmatism 6mo after surgery.· CONCLUSION: Affusion for watering eyeball in sutureless small-incision non-ph acoemulsification is an ideal method for eyeball extraction with few complicatio ns.·更多还原
