【摘要】 目的:探讨睫状体冷凝联合小梁切除术治疗晚期新生血管性青光眼的疗效。方法:晚期新生血管性青光眼17例一次性施行睫状体冷凝(0.5wk)联合小梁切除术,观察术后1d,1wk,1mo眼压、新生血管消退情况及手术并发症。结果:随访1mo,17例中,13例手术眼压控制较好,成功率76%。结论:一次性施行睫状体冷凝联合小梁切除术对晚期新生血管性青光眼有较好疗效。Cyclocryotherapyandtrabecuforlateneovascularglaucoma更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of cyclocryotherapy combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of late neovascular glaucoma.· METHODS: Seventeen cases (17 eyes) of late neovasecular glaucoma underwent cyclocryotherapy and trabeculectomy. The postoperative intraocular pressure, neovascular net on iris and complications of operation were studied in one month.· RESULTS: The intraocular pressure was below 21mmHg in 13 eyes (76%) treated with this method in one month.· CONCLUSION: Cyclocryotherapy combined with trabeculectomy is safe and effective in the management of late neovascular glaucoma.更多还原
