【摘要】 目的:探讨了球内注气在外路视网膜脱离手术中的应用方法、临床表现、预后效果。方法:24例视网膜脱离行外路手术的病例,其中裂孔性视网膜脱离22眼,巨大裂孔性视网膜脱离1眼,黄斑裂孔1眼,术中均采用硅压、冷凝、球内注气。结果:24眼视网膜复位良好,无异常炎症反应。结论:球内注气术应用于视网膜脱离手术,操作简单,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To explore the method, clinical manifestation and prognosis of intraocular gas injection in external retinal detachment surgery.· METHODS: External surgery was performed in 24 cases of retinal detachment, among which 22 eyes were rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, 1 eye was giant retinal tears, 1 eye was macular hole. Silicon buckling,crymotherapy and intraocular gas injection were used.· RESULTS: All the 24 eyes had well-corrected retinal dislocation with no abnormal inflammation.· CONCLUSION: Intraocular gas injection in retinal detachment surgery is simple and its effect is marked.·更多还原
