【Abstract】 Deng Xiaoping’s theory is an extremely rich system and human capital thought is an important part of it. Guided by Deng Xiaoping’s human capital thought from the very beginning of Reforming and Opening,our country’s human capital investment has achieved great success. However,compared with developed countries,great gap still remains between our country’s social,economic development and actual demand. Therefore,we should carry out human capital prior development strategy,rationally adjust the structure of educational investment distribution,establish the institution of right in human capital property,and hence accelerate the further growth of human capital in our country.更多还原
