【Abstract】 Spelling errors are correlated with language proficiency and spelling strategies. There is a tendency for consonant and schwa errors, which are typically related to pronunciation, but the decline with the improvement in proficiency indicates a weakened influence of pronunciation errors over spelling. On the other hand, the change of spelling strategy is represented by the decrease of letter-order errors and homophone errors as well as by the increase of word-building errors and coinages.更多还原
