【摘要】 我国在加入WTO后,服务业构建技术创新网络面临着巨大的挑战。本文通过分析多元组织创新网络、技术创新服务支持网络系统和服务企业技术创新战略联盟等服务业技术创新的实现形式,以及对发展中国家服务业技术创新网络建设的影响,提出应正确认识培育我国服务业技术创新对提高创新资源配置的作用,把握不同形式的国际链接,加强技术性贸易壁垒的研究,并充分发挥政府的激励导向职能。更多还原
