超音速电弧喷射成形技术及其在贵金属领域中应用的展望

【摘要】 简述了国内外喷射成形技术的发展历程、特点和现状,着重讨论了超音速电弧喷射成形技术的原理、特点及应用,对比阐述了超音速电弧喷射成形技术的独特优点。针对目前国内外贵金属材料的应用领域、使用特点及制备方法,讨论了超音速电弧喷射成形技术在贵金属材料领域内应用的可行性。提出利用超音速电弧喷射成形技术制备贵金属基快冷材料是一种切实可行的途径,具有广阔的发展前景。

【Abstract】 The development history of spray forming technology was reviewed and the application principles and features of the ultrasonic arc spray forming technique were described especially. The feasibility of the application of the ultrasonic arc spray forming technique to preparation of new precious metal materials was discussed. It was put emphasis on the application of the ultrasonic arc spray forming technique to preparation the non-equilibrium super saturation solid solutions, high performance composites reinforced by dispersed oxides and intermetallic compound with high melting point based on precious metals.
