PEMFC用Pt-Co/C催化剂的制备及性能
Preparation and Performance of Pt-Co/C Catalyst for PEMFC
【摘要】 用液相沉积-高温合金化法制备了铂基合金催化剂,EDS、XRD的研究结果表明催化剂具有面心立方的结构,粒度小、分散性好,同时元素Co的加入使催化剂的Pt-Pt间距缩小。该催化剂的质子交换膜燃料电池伏安曲线表明,Pt-Co/C催化剂的性能优越,具有比纯铂更强的电催化能力,文中讨论了Co对催化剂活性的强化作用。
【Abstract】 The Pt-Co/C catalysts were prepared by liquid deposition and high temperature alloying method. The EDS and XRD analyses indicated that Pt and Pt-Co have fcc structure, with small particle size and high dispersity. The Co addition shortened the length of Pt-Pt bond.The performances of the catalysts in PEMFC were tested. The results showed the Pt-Co/C catalysts have better performance than pure platinum supported on carbon. The high catalytic activity of the Co addition were discussed in this paper.
