基于电场作用高致密WC的燃烧合成
Combustion Synthesis of High Densification WC in Electric Field
【摘要】 基于热模拟方法 ,采用Gleeble 15 0 0D热模拟试验仪 ,利用电场作用直接激发W C Co的三元粉末共混体系 ,成功快速地合成了粒径为 1μm的WC/Co硬质合金 ;同时还研究了该体系在电场作用下燃烧合成过程中的燃烧行为。试验结果表明 :这种典型的低热体系升温过程大致为三个阶段 (初期阶段、过渡阶段、急速升温阶段 ) ,反应所释放的热导致升温第三阶段明显不同于其它阶段 ,急速升温阶段的存在说明了放热反应的发生对压坯升温过程的重要影响。
【Abstract】 Based on thermal simulation and by using Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation instrument,reactions were activated directly with the action of electric field in W-C-Co powder system and a 1μm grain size WC/Co hard carbide alloy was quickly and successfully obtained. The combustion the system under the action of electric field in the combustion synthesis process is studied. The results of experiments show that the typical temperature rising of low heat system was divided into three stages (initial stage, transition stage and quickly heating-up stage) during electric field activation, in which the third one is quite different from the others due to exothermal reaction. The quickly heating-up stage indicates the important effect of exothermal reaction to the temperature rising process.
