波形刃铣刀片温度场边界条件的研究

【摘要】 通过传热学、流体力学、切削理论的综合运用对波形刃铣刀片温度场边界条件进行了研究。采用相似原理对面铣加工过程中波形刃铣刀片表面的对流换热系数进行了分析 ,得出了对应的计算公式 ;结合铣削温度试验 ,推导出了前刀面刀—屑接触面输入的热流密度的函数表达式。给出了波形刃铣刀片温度场有限元分析的边界条件 ,为进一步研究铣刀片的粘结破损和槽型优选提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 The boundary condition of temperature field for waved-edge milling insert is researched based on the heat transfer, fluid dynamics and metal cutting theory. The formula of convective heat-transfer coefficient on the surface of waved-edge milling insert in face milling is derived from similarity theory. Then, the mathematical expression of heat flow density on the tool-chip interface of the rake face is deduced on the basis of milling temperature experiment. All boundary conditions used in the finite element analysis for the temperature field of the waved-edge milling insert are provided by this work and the theoretical basis on which further study for adhesion failure and groove-optimization and choice of milling insert has be offered.
