颗粒增强复合材料加工表面粗糙度及刀具设计
Study on Machined Surface Roughness of Particle-reinforced Composites and Its Cutting Tool Design
【摘要】 分析了颗粒增强金属基复合材料的加工表面形貌特点。通过切削试验 ,研究了切削用量和材料组织结构对SiCp/Al已加工表面粗糙度的影响 ,并根据切削表面成形机理及刀具磨损的特征 ,设计了具有引导光整作用的硬质合金刀具。试验结果表明 ,该刀具可显著降低加工表面粗糙度和提高刀具寿命
【Abstract】 Machined Surface morphology of particle-reinforced metal matrix composites is analyzed in this paper. Effects of Cutting parameters and micro-construction of composites on machined surface roughness are investigated. A carbide tool with guiding and finishing land was designed by analyzing the forming mechanism of machined surface and status of tool wear. Experimental results show that roughness of machined surface is reduced and tool life improved significantly by using this new type tool.
