新型轮对几何参数测量装置的设计及误差分析
Design & Error Analysis of New Type Measuring Device for Wheelset Geometrical Parameters
【摘要】 介绍了基于并联机构的新型测量装置的工作原理 ,并在分析其运动几何关系的基础上给出了测量轮对几何参数的计算式及该机构的有关参数 ,完成了机械部分的设计。通过对机构的测量误差的分析 ,得出误差补偿的依据 ,使得传感器执行机构在加工精度要求一般的情况下具有较高的测量精度 ,达到设计要求 ,具有一定的实用性。
【Abstract】 Based on the parellel mechanism,the operating principle of a new type measuring device is introduced. The calculation expressions of geometrical parameters is derived and the related parameters of this mechanism is established based on the analysis of the kinematic geometrical relationship. The whole mechanical component of this system is devised. Through the analysis of corresponding single error factors,the source for the error compensation is found so that this sensor embedded working mechanism under the common manufactural circumstance can meet the technical requirements with a high precision and has a certain practical value.
