差频式位移传感器的研究
Study on Displacement Sensor based on Differential Frequency Measurement
【摘要】 对差频式测量进行了深入探讨 ,揭示了差频式测量的本质 ,进而将原有的差频式动态传动误差的测量方法移植成一种圆分度静态传动误差测量方法 ,并提出一种用于差频电路工程设计的新方法———齿波对偶法 ,开发了一种用于角位移精密测量的差频式位移传感器
【Abstract】 The method of differential frequency measurement is studied thoroughly. And a new method for static precise measurement of angular displacement is transformed from the method of differential frequency for dynamic transmission error measurement. Then, a new method, named "method of duality for gear and electric wave" to be applied to engineering design of differential frequency circuit, is presented and a combined dual-gear model displacement sensor based on differential frequency measurement is developed.
