曲轴综合检测虚拟仪的开发
Technique of Tractor Crankshaft Synthetic Measurement Based on Virtual Instrument
【摘要】 提出了基于虚拟仪表的曲轴综合测量技术 ,为解决以往传统曲轴检测工具精度不够、针对品种单一等缺点提供了依据。介绍了在VisualC ++平台上开发的拖拉机曲轴综合测量系统。该曲轴测量系统可快速的将主轴颈的尺寸、跳动公差、圆柱度及其端面的尺寸、跳动公差一次测量完毕并显示、存储。基于虚拟仪表技术构建拖拉机曲轴综合测量仪器与传统的测量仪器相比其精度、智能化程度、性能价格比、适用面及可维护性等方面都具有明显的优势。
【Abstract】 In order to settle the traditional tool’s problems of limited precision and applicability, the technique of tractor crankshaft synthetic measurement based on virtual instrument is introduced. And the measuring system developed in Visual C++ environment is described. The instrument can measure size, jitter and cylindricity of main journal and size, jitter of its end face rapidly and then show and store the results. It is characterized by its precision,intelligence , applicability and maintainability.
