【Abstract】 The displacement change is monitored with high precision grating displacement sensor, the monitoring of position excursion during felting multilayer thin-shell is resolved by computer auto-sampling, evaluating and alarming. The system is featured with steadily and reliably moving, excellent capability, simple operating. The displacement sensitivity of this system can reach to 0.001 mm, and the precision of this system can reach to 0.002 mm.更多还原
