多层薄壳精密粘结固化过程监测技术研究

【摘要】 介绍了采用高精度光栅位移传感器监测位移变化 ,使用计算机自动采样、评价、报警的方式来解决多层薄壳粘结过程中位置漂移的监测问题。通过系统实验 ,该系统具有运行稳定可靠、性能优良、操作简单等特点 ,系统的位移灵敏度达到 0 .0 0 1mm ,系统精度达到 0 0 0 2mm。

【Abstract】 The displacement change is monitored with high precision grating displacement sensor, the monitoring of position excursion during felting multilayer thin-shell is resolved by computer auto-sampling, evaluating and alarming. The system is featured with steadily and reliably moving, excellent capability, simple operating. The displacement sensitivity of this system can reach to 0.001 mm, and the precision of this system can reach to 0.002 mm.
