【Abstract】 There’re some imperfections about the item 4 and 5 in " the interpretation (the 1st)" of the Marriage Law of P.R.C: Firstly, litigants of divorce don’t tally with the conditions of marriage; secondly, there’re some logic contradictions; thirdly, it’s difficult to go through marriage registration procedure again; fourthly, judicial staff are likely to bend the law for own benefits. Therefore, the Clause 8 in the new Marriage Law of P.R.C is unreasonable and more concrete regulations should be made on restrictive targets and conditions.更多还原
