【Abstract】 Electric reserve market is ancillary to the electricity market. Its purpose is to improve the quality of electricity and maintain the system equilibrium of supply and demand. The key problems in electric reserve market are how to establish market trading rules and determine procurement method, so as to ensure the reliable operation of the reserve market. On the basis of introducing trading subjects and trading contents, this paper focuses on trading models and rules of foreign electric reserve markets, in order to provide references for the establishment and operation of Chinese electric reserve market.更多还原
