【Abstract】 Baiyin city locates on the cross band of Tenggeli desert and loess plateau. Under the influences of natural evolution and human activities, the healthy of regional ecological environment has been deteriorating although the part land had been improved. In order to support the regional eco-environmental construction and ameliorate the quality of eco-environment, the paper had deeply done the investigation of the regional eco-environmental problems and their formation causes.
