巴旦杏仁对小白鼠PCE抗诱变活性的探讨
Amygdalus communis Reducing the Rate of Micro-nucleus Induced by Cyclophosphamide and Mitomycin in the Red Blood Cells of Mice
【摘要】 应用小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞 (PCE)微核检测试验 ,以探讨巴旦杏仁抗突变作用。结果表明 ,巴旦杏仁对两种阳性对照组分别诱发的较高微核率有明显降低作用 ,差异均为非常显著 (P <0 .0 0 1)。说明 ,巴旦杏仁抗突变 ,保护染色体损伤 ,有促进DNA修复作用。此项研究在抗突变性食物的开发和医疗保健中具有重要实际意义。
【Abstract】 Along with the rapid agricultural and industrial development in recent years, environmental pollution becomes more and more serious, the problem that whether the physiochemical factors under the polluted environment are harmful or not to people’s health, especially to the potential heredity, is extensively paid attention to. This paper explores the mutation-resistance action of Amygdalus communis by the detection test of the rate of micro-nucleus in PCE. The results show that the Amygdalus communis has an obvious effect of reducing the high rate of micro-nucleus induced by either Cyclophosphamede or mitomycin with the extremely obvious difference (P<0.01). Which reveals that the Amygdalus communis has the functions of resistance to the mutation and of protecting the chromosomes against harm as well as of promoting the DNA repair. The study is of practical significance in the development of the mutation-resistance food and the health protection.
