【摘要】 本文根据问卷调查所得到的数据,对民营企业竞争力50强进行了全面剖析。分析的重点为股权结构和治理结构、要素获取能力和技术创新能力、组织与管理能力,以及外部制度环境等几方面因素对竞争力的影响。文章认为,为了进一步增强中国民营企业的竞争力,政府要创造良好的制度环境,企业则要加快现代公司制度的建设和加强技术创新能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the data investigated by questionnaire, this paper makes a deep analysis on the 2004 Most Competitive Top 50 of Chinese Non-governmental Enterprises. The focus of the paper is the effect on competitiveness by stock structure and governance structure, capability of acquiring factors and inventing technologies, competence of organizing and managing, and outside institutional environment. The paper argues that, to boost up the competitiveness of Chinese non-governmental enterprises, the government ought to reform the institutional system more and the enterprises ought to accelerate the speed of building up the modern corporate system and strengthen the technological innovation capability.更多还原
