【Abstract】 Though it widely exists in the enterprise, enterprise grey politics has been seldom and even never been included in the theoretical study of enterprise governance. This paper attempts to uncover the interrelation among the enterprise grey politics, enterprise culture and enterprise economy starting with the enterprise grey politics and its key factors and mechanism. Furthermore, from the perspective of the enterprise governance, we put forward the basic governance system for the disintegration of enterprise grey politics, seeking to think and study into deeper levels.更多还原
