【摘要】 本文在界定IT基础设施结构基础上,从静态和动态两个维度,提出了IT基础设施的共享能力、服务能力和柔性能力。根据IT基础设施投资的不同观点,作者将IT基础设施的能力分为A、B、C、D四类,探讨了每一类能力的具体表现,并将该分类方法在实际案例中进行了运用。实证分析表明,海尔集团的基础设施能力处于C类,IT基础设施柔性有进一步提高的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 From dynamic and static dimension,shareable capability,service capability and flexible capability of IT infrastructure are put forth based on IT infrastructure’s structure.According to different viewpoints of investment in IT infrastructure,four groups of enterprises’IT infrastructure capability is made and represented as A,B,C,D.Detailed characters of every group are discussed.Empirical study indicates IT infrastructure capability of Haier Group belongs to C group and its flexible capability is improving.更多还原
