【Abstract】 Illustrated with a typical case, for export trade under the term of FOB, it is usually up to the buyer to rent ship cabin for goods shipment. The oversea buyer cheats the seller on goods shipment link by making use of the regulation of FOB term, which has brought many domestic exporting enterprises into troubles. This paper discusses as to how to identify the buyers cheating behaviors under the term of FOB, and propose some suggestions against them.更多还原
