运用灰色关联法进行灌区运行状况综合评价

【摘要】 利用层次分析法和信息熵理论相结合进行评价指标权重的确定,并利用灰色关联法对灌区运行状况进行评价。通过对湖北省大型灌区现状水平的评价,根据各灌区关联度的大小对灌区进行排序与分类;同时根据评价指标的关联度,可知各指标对灌区运行状况综合评价的重要性。最后通过灰色关联法与近似理想点排序法对各灌区的评价结果进行比较,可知这二种评价方法对各灌区排序结果基本相一致,说明利用灰色关联法对灌区运行状况进行综合评价是一种有效、简便的评价方法。

【Abstract】 It is important to evaluate the condition of irrigation schemes. The paper adopts the conjunctive method of analytical hierarchy process and information entropy method to identify indicator weight,and using grey relation analysis to evaluate irrigation schemes. Through the evaluation of large-sized irrigation schemes in Hubei Province,basing on the grey relation degree of irrigation schemes to array the order and classify for these irrigation schemes;meanwhile according to grey relation degree of indicators,we can know the importance of indicator for the evaluation of irrigation schemes. In the end,the comparison of evaluation result basing on grey relation analysis method and the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution,Which shows the result of rank is basically uniform,therefore,we know grey relation analysis method for the evaluation of irrigation schemes is a kind of simple and effective method.
