【Abstract】 Based on the deficit theory of drought evaluation, this paper points out it is the most important that drought evaluation for agriculture should correctly reflect the lose caused by the agricultural drought, and establishes the quantitative models of drought evaluation for agriculture that are static model and dynamic model respectively.
