【Abstract】 Based on the research into the teachers taking part in the training for the teacher qualifications, teacher professional development should be promoted by specialized support through teacher education. Teacher professionalization is not only a kind of identification of professional qualifications, it’s even a course of dynamic development, and the individual development of teachers is characteristic of personality. Teacher professionalization conditioned by professional appointment is a process of lifetime-study and conception renewal subjectivity participation is the motivation of profession development.
