【摘要】 本文从提高师德建设思想认识方面进行分析,从提高教师思想道德素质方面,阐述了师德建设的重要性,围绕师德建设对教师教书育人工作的影响,提出了为培养教师良好的师德,教师应重视提高自己的思想认识,注重在工作中联系教书育人的实际以及加强教师队伍自身素质建设、提高抵御不良思想的侵袭的能力。更多还原
