【Abstract】 This article makes further explorations on the training of the Communist Party member candidates in the universities in modern times and provides some new ideas for the training work. The author proposes that in the training approach, adjustments are needed in order to meet the changing times; to ensure the efficiency of the work, and to be more professional. The adjustments will include the revision of the party-league system; the smoothing of procedures in the training; the changing of new rules and regulations and the improvement of the candidate elections.更多还原
