【摘要】 本文在教育发展上,提出了追赶式增长、跟进式增长、超越式增长三个概念与人口性提高、社会性提高两种含义,并用统一的数学公式来表达上述的概念和含义;据此定量描述了1950-2000年中国与世界教育发展概况,分析了发展特点;在此基础上,提出了21世纪中国总体教育的发展思路以及21世纪中国高等教育的增长预测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the situation of education development in China,this paper comes up with three concepts and two implications for the development of deucation in China,they are catchup development,followup development and overstep development as well as demographically advancing and socially advancing.The concepts and implications are demonstrated by the formulas of mathematics.The authors quantitatively outline the development and its characteristics of education both in China and the world between the year of 1950 and 2000,then propose the idea for the development of high education of China in 21~s~t century.更多还原
