【摘要】 目的　介绍一种治疗骨盆TileC型骨折的新方法。方法　联合Galveston技术和TSRH系统治疗严重骶髂关节骨折脱位19例。其中男 13例 ,女 6例。损伤原因均为交通事故伤。结果　 19例经随访 6个月～ 1年 ,骨折脱位完全纠正 ,无并发症发生。结论　联合Galveston技术和TSRH系统治疗严重骶髂关节骨折脱位是一种安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the new designed methods for the reduction and fixation of sacroiliac joint dislocation by the combined use of TSRH system and the Galveston technique.Methods Nineteen patients with sacroiliac dislocation were treated with the combined use of TSRH system and the Galveston technique.Results All patients were followed up ranging from 6 months～2 year.The fracture-dislocation was completely reduced in the patients.There were no perioperative complications.Conclusion The combined use of TSRH and the Galveston technique may provide immediate stability and sufficient reduction for sacroiliac fracture-dislocation.更多还原
