【摘要】 目的　总结临床采用GSH钉 (股骨髁上逆行交锁髓内钉 )技术治疗股骨远端骨折的经验。方法　应用GSH钉及术后不用外固定 ,早期麻醉镇痛下膝关节CPM功能锻炼治疗 5 7例股骨远端骨折。结果　X线片显示 4 1例骨折达到解剖或接近解剖复位 ,膝关节功能评分优 2 5例 ,良 19例 ,可 11例 ,差 2例 ,优良率为 77 2 %。结论　GSH钉具有操作简便、固定可靠、手术创伤小等优点 ,与膝关节CPM功能锻炼相结合治疗股骨远端骨折疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize clinical experience of GSH nail for distal femoral fractures.Methods Forty seven cases of distal femoral fractures were treated with GSH nails,without external fixation was used after operation,and CPM(Continuous Passive Motion) of knee joint began in the condition of anesthesia at early stage.Results Forty one cases were showed by X-ray that fractures had completely or nearly got back normal anatomical location. According to knee rating scale, there were 25 excellent cases and 19 good,11 fair,2 poor,the excellent and good rate was 77.2%.Conclusion The GSH nail for distal femoral fracture is an excellent alternative with simple performance,strong biomechanical fixation,less wound,to treat distal femoral fractures combining with CPM of knee joint and its effect is satisfactory.更多还原
