【摘要】 目的　研制一种新型股骨颈骨折内固定器械 -中空滑动母子钉 ,介绍其在临床上的应用。方法　应用中空滑动母子钉治疗股骨颈骨折共 5 3例 ,平均随访 2 7年。结果　非移位型股骨颈骨折全部愈合 ,移位型股骨颈骨折有 2例未愈合 (3 8% ) ,5例股骨头缺血坏死 (9 4 3% )。结论　中空滑动母子钉在治疗股骨颈骨折中固定可靠 ,手术创伤小 ,尤其适用于骨折不稳定的股骨颈骨折。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To present a new internal fixation device,complex cannulated sliding compression screw and side plate(CCSP).Its clinical application was introduced. Methods Fifty three cases of femoral neck fracture were treated by CCSP,and were follow up from 1～5 years. Results All nondisplaced femoral neck fractures got its fracture union,there was nonunion in 2 cases (3 8%) and femoral head avascular necrosis in 5 cases (9 4%). Conclusion CCSP can offer strong stability in the treatment of femoral neck fracture,and with litter operation injury.It is of benefit to the treatment of unstable femoral neck fracture especially.更多还原
