缩水甘油苄基醚聚合体的制备

【摘要】 为制备气干型不饱和聚酯,在三氟化硼-乙醚存在下,对缩水甘油苄基醚进行开环聚合,制备了具有一定聚合度的缩水甘油苄基醚聚合体,聚合体的产率达到97.6%,测定了聚合体的粘度、分子量、聚合度等参数,并对其结构作了红外分析。探索了聚合反应的最佳反应条件,结果表明,加入催化剂和反应时温度分别为45℃~54℃和40℃,催化剂的加入量和加入时间分别为1.8mL和25min时,产物的产率和分子量都最高。

【Abstract】 The pre-polymer of glycidy1 benzy1 ether with certain polymerization-degree was polymerized by opening ring of glycidy1,with BF3-ether as catalyst. This pre-polymer can be used to prepare air-drying unsaturated polyesters. The yield of pre-ploymer was up to (97.6%) and its structure was characterized by IR. The viscosity, molecular weight, polymerization-dregree of the title compound were determined. Optimum reaction conditions were studied. The results show that the optimum temperatures of reaction and adding catalyst are 40 ℃ and 45 ℃54 ℃ respectively, the quantity of catalyst (1.8) mL, the adding time of catalyst 25 min, the time of reaction 55 min, the ratio to catalyst with glycidyl benzyl ether 1∶(12.5). According to the above conditions, the maximums yield and molecular weight of pre-ploymer may be obtained.
