动态硫化NBR/PFPA热塑性弹性体的结构与性能
STUDY ON THE STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF NBR/PFPA TPE
【摘要】 采用动态硫化法制备了共混型的NBR/PFPA热塑性弹性体(TPE),对其相态进行了分析和测试了其力学性能,并系统研究了该弹性体结构与性能之间的关系。实验结果表明,动态硫化NBR/PFPA热塑性弹性体未随质量配比的变化而出现相的转变;分散相的粒径随两相质量配比而改变,其力学性能与分散相的粒径的大小密切相关。动态硫化对热塑性弹性体的结晶行为和结晶度有影响,从而影响了热塑性弹性体的拉伸强度。
【Abstract】 To obtain a hot oil resistant, high elasticity, high strength, rubber-like and easy in processing materials for oil-sealing, NBR/PFPA thermoplastic elastomer was prepared by dynamic vulcanization. The mechanical properties were measured. Phase state was analyzed. The results show that in the range of blend ratio, the TPE′s island-like phase structure is kept, with the cross-linked NBR as disperse phase. The particle size of disperse phase changes with blend ratio. The mechanical properties are relational closely with the size of particle. The crystallization degree can affect TPE′s mechanical properties.
