官能化环氧改性超支化碱溶性聚酯
AMELIORATION OF AQUEOUS-SOLUBLE HIGHLY BRANCHED POLYESTERS WITH FUNCTIONAL EPOXY RESIN
【摘要】 通过丙烯酸与多官能环氧树脂反应合成官能化环氧树脂,利用官能化环氧树脂对由环氧氯丙烷和1,2,4-偏苯三甲酸酐合成的超支化碱溶性聚酯进行改性,得到官能化环氧树脂改性超支化碱溶性聚酯;研究了树脂的组成对感光性和碱溶性的影响;树脂的E0可达到4.80mJ/cm2,反差γ可达到2.54。结果表明,由于特殊的三维球形结构,使得超支化聚合物在光致抗蚀剂中具有应用前景。
【Abstract】 Functional epoxy resin, synthesized through the reaction of acrylic acid and epoxy, can be used in the amelioration of aqueous-soluble highly branched polyesters which are synthesized from 1,2,4-trimellitic anhydride and epichlorohydrin, and as a result, the ameliorated aqueous-soluble highly branched polyesters are produced. The effects of resins composition on aqueous solubility and photocuring are studied: E0 of resins reaches (4.80) mJ/cm2, and γ about 2.54. These starburst hyperbranched polyesters with three-dimensional and sphere-like molecular architecture are promising for the development of photoresists.
