【Abstract】 Fluorescent microsphere is one kind of functional microspheres. It can be used in many fields especially in biomedicine. This review presented the definition and categories of fluorescent microsphere. The preparing methods of fluorescent microsphere were listed as a very important part in this review; they are dying method, encapsulating method, hanging method and co-polymerizing method; in many times, they are used together for preparing fluorescent microsphere. The applications of fluorescent microsphere in many fields especially in high throughput screening of drugs are also given as another important part. In the end, the authors anticipated the development in the researchs and applications of fluorescent microsphere.更多还原
