刚性棒状聚甲亚胺/尼龙6复合材料的制备与表征

【摘要】 用原位聚合方法制备了一种刚性棒状高分子(对苯二甲醛与对苯二胺缩聚物)聚甲亚胺/尼龙6复合材料,并对其结构和热性能进行了表征。通过红外、紫外光谱分析表明了刚性链高分子聚甲亚胺(PAM)在尼龙6中已经生成。DSC和TGA热分析结果表明,PAM的加入,对尼龙6的结晶起了诱导结晶作用,但未改变铸型尼龙的α晶型、球晶结构,而热稳定性提高;m(PAM)/m(PA6)(5%)复合材料的动态力学谱图上,只出现一个玻璃化转变温度(Tg),说明两者有很好的相容性,且Tg值较尼龙6的提高了9℃。

【Abstract】 Polyazomethine of condensation reaction of Terephthalaldehyde with p-Phenylenediamine and its composites with ε-caprolactam, which was later polymerized in the mold, were prepared through an in-situ process. The formation of PAM molecules in monomer casting nylon 6 (MC Nylon) was characterized by means of FT-IR and UV spectra. The crystallization of MC Nylon was induced and the degrees of crystallization of MC Nylon were enhanced by addition of PAM. The spherulite structure and α crystal style were kept also. The dynamic mechanical properties and thermal stability properties could be improved using DSC, TGA and DMA technologies. The glass transition temperature is increased by 9 ℃ when the content of PAM in MC nylon matrix is 5%.
