ABS/改性纳米CaCO3复合材料的微观结构和力学性能
STUDY ON THE MICROSTRUCTURE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF NANO-CaCO3-ABS COMPOSITE
【摘要】 制备了改性纳米CaCO3/ABS复合材料,采用SEM和TEM对复合材料的微观结构进行了分析,同时,对复合材料的力学性能进行了考察。结果表明,改性纳米CaCO3可以在ABS塑料中与树脂充分结合,同时改性纳米CaCO3在复合材料中呈纳米分散。复合材料的断面产生了大量的网状结构。分散在丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)中的改性纳米CaCO3可提高复合材料的裂缝引发能和裂缝增长能。其单缺口冲击强度达到36.77kJ/m2,与未添加纳米CaCO3的相比提高了44%;邵氏硬度达到34.87N,提高了23.5%。
【Abstract】 The nano-CaCO3/ABS composites were produced. The microstructure of the composite was analyzed by using the SEM and TEM, and the mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the modificated CaCO3 nanoparticles are well-dispersed in ABS resin at nano-scale. The microstructure of composites and fracture section further confirm that the properties are improved by the addition of modificated nano-CaCO3 Particles. As compared with the pure ABS resin material, the single-notched impact strength of the ABS composites reachs( 36.77) kJ/m2, which has been increased up to 44%, while the rigidity of the composites has also been enhanced by( 23.5%) which is (34.87) N.
