无机超细粒子表面聚合物包覆改性研究进展

【摘要】 文中就聚合物对无机粒子表面进行包覆改性的原位聚合方法,包括接枝聚合法和乳液聚合法的研究现状进行了综述。介绍了接枝聚合法中的预先接枝不饱和基团、预先接枝引发基团以及预先接枝终止基团等方法和乳液聚合法中的无皂乳液聚合法、预处理乳液聚合法以及微乳液聚合法等方法,并分析了它们对无机粒子进行表面改性的优劣。

【Abstract】 The methods to modify the surface of inorganic particles with in-situ polymerization, including graft polymerization and emulsion polymerization, were reviewed in this paper. It was discussed that the grafting polymerization ways including co-polymerization of an immobilized double bond, initiation of a polymerization by an immobilized initiator and termination of a growing chain on an active group at the inorganic ultrafine particles surface and the emulsion polymerization ways including soapless emulsion polymerization, pre-treatment emulsion polymerization and mini-emulsion polymerization. Their application properties were also evaluated.
