【摘要】 加工贸易己成为我国对外贸易的主要方式 ,但黑龙江加工贸易发展还比较滞后。从内因分析 ,黑龙江具有政策、比较成本及环境方面的内在优势 ,同时存在一些制约因素 :从外因分析 ,中国加入WT0 ,国家实施振兴东北战略将有利于黑龙江发展加工贸易 ,同时也存在一些不利因素。文章在分析内外因的基础上 ,提出黑龙江发展加工贸易的战略思路以促进其加快发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Processing trade has become the main means of foreign trade in China.But the development of Heilongjiang’s processing trade is still slowly.By analyzing the internal factors,there are some advantages such as policy,comparative cost and environment,meanwhile,there are some limits.By analyzing the external factors,China’s entering WTO,the strategy of giving life to north and east will be advantageous to the processing trade of heilongjiang.At the same time,there are some disadvantages.The author puts forward some measures to facilitate the development of Heilongjiang’s processing trade on the basis of analyzing its internal and external factors.更多还原
