基于菲涅尔原理的光纤型折射率测量装置
Fiber Refractometer Based on the Fresnels Principle
【摘要】 基于菲涅尔原理设计了一种结构简单的新型光纤折射率测量仪。实验采用同时监测输入光P0、反射光P,消除光源不稳定产生的误差;理论推导了折射率随光强的变化关系,并引入修正因子η;选择空气和水作为样品进行了测试,测得25℃时样品在1550nm波长的折射率分别为1.0025和1.3122,与参考值相对误差不大于0.27%,实现了气体和液体折射率的测量。该装置可用于折射率的实时监测,适用于工业在线监测物体折射率。
【Abstract】 Based on the Fresnels′ principle,a fiber refractometer was designed with a simple structure.The measure error induced by the source variation was erased by comparing the input power P0 and reflected power P.Relation of the light power and the refractivity is deduced and modifying factor η is introduced.As samples of gas and liquid,air and water were selected to be measured.The experiment values were separately 1.002 5 and 1.312 2 at 1 550 nm in 25 ℃ and relative error with the data was no more than 0.27%.This device can be used in line to monitor the refractivity.
