盲均衡化在体全息数据存储中的应用
Application of Blind Equalization for Volume Holographic Data Storage
【摘要】 研究了盲均衡化方法在体全息存储信道中的应用,提出采用非线性盲均衡化的方法改善误码率(BER),从而提高存储密度。数值分析与初步实验结果表明,盲均衡化方法可以使体全息存储系统的BER得到很大改善,使原始BER从10-2下降到10-3。
【Abstract】 When target densities of volume holographic data storage systems are increased,the systems experience increased noise and interference from adjacent pixels.Here we research on the application of blind equalization for volume holographic storage channel,then we present a method for applying nonlinear blind equalization to improve the bit error rate(BER) and hence the storage densities achievable.Blind equalization do not need training page to get priori knowledge of the channel.Both the numerical and experimental result indicate that a significant improvement in the BER from 10-2 to 10-3 is possible with nonlinear blind equalization.
