肝病变白鼠血清荧光光谱的二阶导数光谱研究
Study on the Second Derivative Spectra of Rats′Serum Fluorescence Spectrum of Liver Fibrosis
【摘要】 探索用激光光谱方法诊断肝纤维化病变过程的可能性。分析了白鼠肝纤维化病变过程中血清荧光光谱的二阶导数光谱。使用488.0nm氩离子激发光,在500~620nm范围内采集了白鼠血清的荧光光谱,对光谱数据进行微分运算,得到二阶导数光谱。发现二阶导数光谱在528nm、553nm、587nm、614nm附近出现极小值,用前三个极小值的比为参量,能够将健康与病变血清很好地区分开。表明二阶导数光谱法分析肝纤维化病变的血清荧光光谱可能是有效的。
【Abstract】 The purpose of this research was to find out a spectral diagnosis method of the process of liver fibrosis.The second derivative of rats′serum fluorescence spectrum was analyzed to obtained spectral properties during the process of liver fibrosis.The fluorescence spectra of rats′serum excited by an Argon ion laser at wavelength of 488.0 nm were collected from 500 nm to 620 nm,the second derivative spectra were obtained by calculating date of fluorescence spectra.There were four minimum values near 528 nm,553 nm,587 nm,614 nm at the second derivative spectra.Difference of second derivative spectra between normal and abnormal serum is very distinct when ratios of certain minimum were used as parameters.The results indicate that the derivative spectra of serum is an effective method to analyse the process of liver fibrosis.
