光纤激光器泵浦PPKTP晶体倍频连续绿光输出

【摘要】 用离子交换法降低了磷酸氧钛钾(KTP)晶体的电导率,用高压电场极化反转成功获得了体积为4mm×6mm×1mm,周期为Λ=9.0μm的周期极化KTP(PPKTP)晶体。在倍频(SHG)光学系统中用包层泵浦的光纤激光器输出的1064nm激光作为泵浦光,在室温下得到PPKTP器件的最高SHG转换效率为0.32%,归一化SHG效率为2 4%。化学蚀刻表面显示这种方法获得的PPKTP晶体反转畴边缘整齐,没有明显的畴壁扩展现象。

【Abstract】 Several 1 mm thick KTiOPO4(KTP) samples were fabricated by high-electric-field-poling approach after ion-exchange and standard photolithographic pretreatment.By introducing fiber laser pumping into the optical test scheme,we have obtained higher conversion efficiency of SHG than before.The sample was 4 mm×6 mm×1 mm with Λ=9.0 μm grating period for the first order quasi-phase matched SHG of 1 064 nm fundamental wavelength at room temperature.The SHG efficiency was 0.32% and the highest normalized efficiency was 2.4%.The etched surface photograph reveals that the fringes of reversed domain in PPKTP got by this approach are quite uniform and no obvious domain wall broadening.
