纳米SiC激光熔覆陶瓷涂层组织结构分析

【摘要】 将激光熔覆引入纳米陶瓷涂层工艺,进行了纳米SiC的激光熔覆试验,分析了纳米陶瓷材料激光熔覆工艺的影响因素,得到了合理的纳米SiC粉末激光熔覆工艺。通过X射线衍射(XRD)分析,扫描电镜(SEM)等手段,对所制备的纳米陶瓷涂层进行组织结构分析。试验表明:采用获得的激光熔覆工艺,能够有效缓解现有纳米陶瓷涂层工艺中材料晶粒过渡生长、致密度等问题,实现高质量纳米结构SiC陶瓷涂层制备。熔覆过程中,部分SiC纳米粉末发生分解,生成Si与C,产物保持纳米结构。

【Abstract】 Laser cladding was introduced to the coating technology of nano-structured ceramic,cladding experiments of nano-SiC by laser were carried out and effects of technique parameters on laser cladding were analyzed systematically.Then,a reasonable laser cladding technique of nano-SiC is gotten,the component and the microstructure of the nano-structured ceramic coating fabricated in above experiments were tested with X-ray diffraction(XRD) scanning electro microscope(SEM),etc.It is indicated that with the cladding technique gotten above,problems on the overgrowth of the coating material grain size,the density,etc,could be solved effectively to get high quality,nano-structured SiC ceramic coating.During the cladding procedure,part of the nano-SiC powder is decomposed to nano silicon and nano carbon.
