自适应内调制光纤比色测温仪系统研究
Development of Self-adjusting Intermodulated Optical Fiber Colorimetric Thermometer
【摘要】 研究了一种基于PC机的多路信号处理机制,建立了数学模型进行实时自适应处理。系统采用了先进的4路数据处理,提高了测温仪系统的测温精度和速度。经过实际试用,当测温范围在800~1300℃时,系统测温误差小于0.5%。
【Abstract】 A PC based multichannel signal processing method were introduced.Through setting up a mathematic model this method can do a real-time self-adjusting process.Because of the advanced guadruplex system,the accuracy and speed of the thermometer is increased.The relative error of system is 0.5% when the temperature of target ranging between 800 ℃ and 1 300 ℃ accord to our probation.
