【摘要】分别观察了人急性早幼粒白血病细胞HL 60及肝癌细胞BEL 7402摄取二氢卟吩类光敏剂CPD1的过程,初步探讨了CPD1在细胞中的分布及其光动力作用位点。结果显示:CPD1主要分布在细胞膜、胞浆和靠近胞核区域3个部位,表现为动态进入细胞的过程。由此推断:癌细胞的细胞膜和胞浆可能是该光敏分子光动力作用的靶位点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dynamic processes of cellular uptake of CPD₁ in HL-60 cells and liver cancer cells BEL-7402 were observed respectively.The experiment results show that photosensitizer CPD₁ distributes in cell membrane and plasma as well as near the karyon region mostly.It is concluded that cell membrane and plasma may be the targets of photodynamic affection for CPD₁.更多还原
