【摘要】 目的:建立脑立苏颗粒中原儿茶醛含量测定的方法。方法:用HPLC法测定脑立苏颗粒中原儿茶醛的含量,用Shim-pack VP-ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm)柱,以ψ(甲醇:0.5％冰醋酸溶液)=15:85为流动相,检测波长280 nm,进行含量测定。结果:原儿茶醛在4.16～20.8μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.9％,RSD=1.44％(n=6)。结论:该方法准确、灵敏、重复性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the content determination method of protocatechualdehyde in Naolisu gradules by HPLC. Methods: HPLC was performed to determine protocatechualdehyde on ODS column at 40℃ ,the mobile phase was composed of ψ ( methanol : 0. 5% acetic acid ) =15 : 85 and detection wavelength of 280 nm. Results: The linearity of this method was good (r = 0. 9999) , with the average recovery of 98. 9% , RSD = 1. 44% ( n= 6 ) .
